Are you sick and tired of your cell phone dying? If so, you were probably like me with the cell phone, the camera, the gps unit, and the list goes on and on. I knew I was going to get a solar charger but I did not know which one at the time. Until I found I the K3 Charger. In this article I will tell you my experience with the K3 and some benefits to it and why I like it.

First, when I bought the K3 solar wind charger I was very happy because I purchased my for a really good price. I purchased the green colored model because it looked better than the black to me. Also I thought about the heat and how I do not want it to melt the plastic. Even if it is durable, I like to stay safe than sorry.

I wished I remembered about the Samsung adapter when I purchased my unit. But I decided to figure out another method before I called back the retailer, which was try Walmart. I finally found an adapter which was in Sam’s Club and it was the same price as online of course.

The K3 charger is really useful for me. My unit came fully charged and I have been using it all day. I have used my phone on and off and now I have it charging again. It is very lightweight and I thought by the way it looks it would be heavy, but it is not. Also it came with two mini usb plugs.

On the bottom of the K3, there is a slot for me to put my other adapters and plugs which is really great so I do not lose them. I think that the designers really put some thought into it. And on the front of the unit I like the size of the solar panel.

The solar panel that came with the battery charger is long. It is by far the biggest solar panel I have seen out of all the mobile solar chargers. And there is a cool pouch that I can put the unit into for when I am on the go. I also have the ability to stand it up and charge it or lay it down. I mostly just stand it up on my office desk in front of the sun at work. I have not used the wind yet, but I am curious how fast it will charge, but I am using the battery and solar for now.

I can say that I would recommend this product for anyone on a couple of reasons, one is the style. It is really sleek looking. The other reason is the ability to charge other products than just a cell phone. Also I like that it is light weight. The only thing I guess I am still trying to figure is the way I should transport it. I think maybe I should keep it in my car for emergencies. And when I need it, get it out and use it. Also I will use it on my travels.

Being an adventurer is never particularly easy on the electronics that most tend to bring with them. Not only will the cell phone obviously die within the first few days, it’s a hassle to charge the batteries once they’ve gone down. Let’s face it, how often have you been away camping in the great outdoors, only to find yourself wishing you had more light and more heat at your disposal? Perhaps you and your family live in a remote part of the country where grid supplied power may not be readily available, and if that’s the case, you’ve more than likely often wished you had more power available, particularly during the cold winter months. If this sort of situation sounds familiar to you, then perhaps you need to start thinking about getting your hands on the Base Camp Solar Kit.

The kit comes complete with everything you need to get the job done when it comes to powering a cap spot or a remote cabin. With solar panels, batteries, and inverter and four LED lights this kit is hard to trump in today’s market. In fact, this kit can even be built upon which makes it a perfect starter kit for those looking to get off the grid for good. However, even those who camp only once a year can find many benefits to using the Base Camp Solar Kit.

For instance, a family can power a shower, a camp oven and even a small television or laptop for an entire long weekend of camping without having to drain the car battery. In addition, those who like to spend summer or winter months in cabins might find this to be the perfect solution to longer term power needs. In fact the use of a propane fridge and oven along with this solar power kit can provide everything you would need to live comfortably.

Another remarkable aspect of this particular kit is that it doesn’t take up a lot of space, and that it’s easy store away, thus making it ideal even for those who intend doing a lot of traveling. Obviously, solar power relies on sunlight, so when the days shorten and the nights get longer, you may find you require more power than the batteries hold, but the manufacturers have taken this into consideration, and as a result, the kit comes with a car lighter adapter, should you ever need to charge the batteries when there’s no sun in the sky.

You have probably been on enough camping trips or cabin outings to know the importance of even a little extra power, so why wait until you are in the position of needing it? Instead, get the Base Camp Solar Kit today and start having fun with it on your next trip! To get a head start on its usefulness, you can even jump start the batteries so they are juiced and ready to go the first time you take them out to use them. The solar panels will do the rest of the work as you use the power.

This kit is without a doubt the most effective solution available for those who need to have power available no matter how far from civilization they are. There is simply no better option out there at present, especially in terms of convenience, reliability, and of course, affordability. In fact, you should congratulate yourself, because you’ve just found the ultimate solution to your problem.

Before you go out into the wilderness, read over this solar battery charger. It is worth looking into before your next trip.

The 27M Nomad Portable Solar Panel Jul 20

Notice: Use of undefined constant user_level - assumed 'user_level' in /home/restjunction/www.restjunction.com/wp-content/plugins/ultimate-google-analytics/ultimate_ga.php on line 525

The Nomad 27M solar panel is a convenient source of power made in mono-crystalline solar technology. This particular product uses 27 watts of electricity, and is rechargeable in all types of weather. When it’s sunny, it can take as little as four and half-hours to recharge fully. When partly sunny, it takes up to 7 hours and 15 hours in overcast weather. These times may vary depending on the battery you are using. For instance, the Sherpa 120 will take 10, 17 and 36 hours in sunny, partly sunny and overcast weather respectively. Others like Ranger 350 will take 31, 45 and 100 hours to recharge fully in the three different types of weather respectively. This is not a long time to wait considering there are no bills to pay for the recharge!

When it comes to charging electronic equipment such as mobile phones, flashlights and MP3 players for example, nothing beats the Nomad 27M solar panel. When in use, the unit measures 22.5″ x 44.5″ x 0.03″, and when folded away for storage, it measures just 10.5″ x 7″ x2″. This makes it an ideal traveling companion, given that it can easily be store away inside your backpack, and because it only weighs 3.4 lbs, you’ll hardly even know you’re carrying it. Need to charge your phone while you’re hiking in the hills? Simply open up your Nomad 27M, attach it to the outside of your backpack, and then connect up your phone, flashlight, or any other appliance which needs charging. By the time you stop walking to take a break, your phone battery will be charged – it’s that easy.

There are two main differences between the 27M and the 13.5M models. First and foremost, the 27M produces a higher wattage, and secondly, it can also store energy for a greater length of time than the 13.5M. The two key differences make the 27M noticeably more efficient than the 13.5M. On a slightly different note, both models use a charging voltage of 12V, although the 27M does have an open 18V circuit.

The Nomad 27M solar panel has been designed with functionality and practicality in mind. For example, the connector cord is housed in a built-in pocket of its own in order to avoid having loose wires, which or course can result in people tripping over them. Also, the unit comes with four strong grommets which make it possible for the solar panel to be positioned at different angles, and if stability is an issue, you’ll also find there are three aluminum stabilizing rods included with the kit.

Unlike many similar products, the Nomad 27M solar panel has been manufactured with durability in mind, and considering it’s also water resistant, it should last you for many years. Even if you leave it standing outside in the rain, the unit will continue working, although of course, if you’re not using it, then it should ideally be folded up and stowed away in the case which comes with the unit when you purchase it.

Jordan Eske believes all people can live eco friendly. And the power of solar helps you get there. The Nomad 27M Solar Panel is a good idea for campers.

The other day we received a package for the Hybrid Solar Lite and this what we found. A solar flashlight with two modes of lighting and the ability to have it float. When you click the flashlight once it is running off the solar charge and when you click it twice, it is running off the built-in battery. And of course, the third click puts it into charge mode, unless there is no light, it shuts off. Additionally, depending on the color of flashlight you get, you will be able to see it in nearly dark conditions with the Hi-Visibility colored flashlight.

So you know what hi-visibility means, I will explain. Imagine you are driving at night and you see a orange sign or cone, you can see it even though it is somewhat dark. And this solar flashlight can be taken into the water, because it can float. How extreme is that?

Also it has a connected lanyard which can fit around you wrist, so you can have it secured when you are working on something. The Solar Lite is very lightweight. We found that the packaging to be 100% recycled material, on top of the actual technology being sold is eco-friendly. We loved that it was easy to open and ready to go. The Solar Lite came with a full charge, so in case you need to start using it immediately it is ready to go.

The recommendation for who would benefit from it? Well, after knowing all about it, we recommend it to everyone because it comes with a lifetime warranty. But to really target who would use it everyday, consumers who boat at night, because of all the features and benefits, and the flashlight is one of the most important tools in the cabin. Another wind charger that products 5 watts is the Hymini. It charges the same things as stated above, but you would have to spend more money on the solar panel because it is not included. But it is more portable because you can attach it to your arm and it is smaller. Then again if you wanted to produce the wind power you would have to lay it on the table or hold it in your hand, you would not be able to hang it off something like a tree. But always remember to check the adapters and see if it will fit.

Now I have not found any other portable wind chargers that you can charge up to 5 watts. These are basically the main products that have wind built into them and will produce 5 watts for your electronics devices.

You will find many cool looking chargers but make sure they work. There are sun chargers that work, but if there is no sun, then no power. But with the wind chargers, you remember that the wind is always around. So keep that in mind when buying portable battery chargers.

How To Get The Best Use Out Of Your Solar Powered Iphone Case Jun 04

This article is strictly on learning about the iphone solar charger known as Surge. You will learn how to use the Solar Surge, how to determine the charge time, where you should place the solar charger, and how I use my solar charger. After you are done reading this, you will be able to follow the advice and use your solar powered iphone charger more effectively.

You decided to read this so that you can get the most use out of your solar powered case, if I am correct, keep on reading. From the beginning of the using the Surge, you will want to unpack the unit, make sure all the contents all there, Surge, USB Cable, and the instruction booklet. Be sure to peel off that clear plastic film from off the solar panel. It is the manufacturer’s protective film like the kind you see on new cell phone screens.

Make sure your computer is next to you and that it has a USB available. Plug the USB from the Surge to your computer’s USB port. You are to charge the iphone solar charger for 3 hours. You are doing this so that the internal battery gets a full charge. After the 3 hours, simply unplug both ends and insert your phone into the Surge. Now make sure you DO NOT Force the phone into the Surge. You could damage the unit and your iphone, you have to remember that iphone is made for the Surge, hold the phone at the top of the solar charger and slide it into the groves until it is seated on the 30 pin connector.

Now you are ready to use the solar powered iphone. Go ahead and live your life as you normally would. Go to work, the mall, the park, clubs, wherever. Do not think constantly about the charger which is solar powered, trust me, it will drive your nuts. After you start using it on a regular basis, you will want to use the solar power, right? That is one of the reasons you purchased the iphone SOLAR charger. Well, this something you should consider doing in order to get the best use of the solar powered charger.

Go and DOWNLOAD the Free Application named, The Solar Planner by Novothink. This is App is perfect when you need to determine charge times. It has a tool in which you can select the function of what you want to use on the iphone and then how long you will use it, and then it does the math for you, giving you the time you will need to keep the solar powered case in the sun. I love that this tool even exists.

Here are some places where you can charge your case. In the office area, you can leave the iphone solar charger on a window sill or on the desk with sunshine facing it. Remember, there is an indicator light on the charger itself to show you when it is charging, it will light up red when it is receiving a charge. This is the same thing you should do if you are in the home for most of the day. I have seen that it works with indoor lighting, but it must be ample enough and very close to the light bulb. I suggest you stick with the outdoor lighting and use natural light. If you see yourself at the beach, then keeping the solar charger facing up at the sun will work the best, though if you have it to the side, it still works but you are not using it effectively that way.

Here is the way I use my iphone solar charger case. I charge my Surge and iphone throughout the night. And when I am able to leave in the morning, I unplug both and head off to work. I place the Surge facing up in the passenger sear or dashboard, it depends though, I do not want to let the Surge slide out the window. And then on my drive, the Surge gets as much sun juice as possible. At the office I plug in the iPhone into the Surge and head into the office.

On Fridays, I change my routine up so that I get a full charge on my iphone by during this. I will head to the office like before, but at 2pm I put the solar case back in my car and leave it on my dash board. And of course I leave the window cracked so there is a slight breeze and the charger does not overheat. And then when I get off of work, all of us head to the bar or something and my iphone is fully charged. This way I know it is ready for the night. So you can see, I have a whole system so that I get the most use out of my iphone solar case and I hope you do the same.

If you interested in purchasing here is the site you can get it at iphone solar charger. Here is a video about the solar powered iphone case.
